Improving dialog stamping multi-feature set

Michael Ulbricht
In our opinion, the stamping of multi-feature sets could be better designed. Instead of always carrying out the stamp process several times (e.g. allocation of invoice items/partial amounts to cost centers), this should be carried out within a stamp process. For this purpose, during the stamping process, a multi-characteristic could be provided with a (+) symbol, which, when confirmed, makes the corresponding multi-characteristic set available again. In our opinion, this has optimized the stamping process and also offers good combination options with other wishes expressed here, such as calculation features. Example: Distribution of an invoice amount until the entire value has been distributed.

I would also very much appreciate that. In addition, it would also be desirable if in the evaluation (search query) only the respective individual characteristic (in our case cost center or Rg. - cost center amount) would be presented.

It would make the job a lot easier!

Please implement this way.

A very good feature that speeds up testing, etc.

Very important function that is absolutely necessary!

Super important functionality. Please everyone vote for this feature now and finally “stamp off” the time-consuming and error-prone multiple stamping!

very important function, e.g. for recording invoices with recurring bookings

As a user, I find adding another multi-feature set (another position) using an operator (“+”) very interesting.
When entering accounting data, this procedure would make several individual stamps (for split postings) and the final stamping of a “transaction completed” stamp superfluous.
Many individual stamping processes would therefore be omitted. In addition, the ease of use for this and similar stamping processes would be significantly increased.

Imagination can deliver even more.
A multi-feature set could then also be presented in tabular form. When planning to identify document items, there will necessarily be sets of multi-feature sets.
We are currently entering several distribution entries for a document with multiple stamps and receive a rather confusing one-dimensional list of the entered values in the characteristic display. This form of presentation is good for individual features, as the document view area is not affected too much, but in my opinion the structure and content view (possibly with a view option) at the bottom could be supplemented by tabular object information from multi-feature sets

Rüdiger Marx: That is correct. An adjustment of the characteristic structure will probably be unavoidable in order to meet current and future needs.
However, our request is likely to be realized relatively easily, as only a few changes need to be made. This increases the probability of implementation ;-)

Michael Ulbricht: The costs often look simple, but when it comes to the technical aspects of implementation, there are often surprises. But it's in here and when the votes are right, we'll get going.

Jens Büscher: Hi,
It looks like the votes are right - doesn't it? ;-)
Anything already being planned?
