I would like the stamp user (in addition to the creator and editor) to be included on a document as well as file or processing information (e.g. approval in the case of an invoice), so that colleagues can search for documents that they have approved with stamp XY. Although we have the editor name visually entered on the document when the stamp is set (as the name editor, e.g. approved by:), this does not help with a search because the stamp content is not also searched.

We would like to upload XRechnung credit notes with type code 381 to Amagno and have them processed automatically — similar to normal invoices. Our XML files comply with the EN16931/XRechnung 3.0 standard (including CustomizationID, ProfileID, CreditNoteTypeCode, etc.), but are currently not recognized or processed. Supporting these documents would help us to completely digitize the credit process and avoid manual intervention.

For easier administration, I would like to see in the “See also” which user groups a user is in.

Customer request: With the new e-invoice formats, invoice-based documents, such as delivery notes, will also be embedded in invoices in the future. These are currently not available in Amagno. However, as these documents are required for invoice control, they must also be available.

As a customer in the Amagno Business Cloud, I want to be able to independently manage user administration, including managing storage space. As an OnPremise customer, I want user administration to be possible via the client.

Many suppliers send additional documents with their emails, such as the terms and conditions. These currently always have to be manually deleted during magnetization. I therefore wanted to be able to magnetize such a document and trigger the DESTRUCTION of the document in the process. Dear ladies and gentlemen, we are missing an auto logout function from the Amagno software. Users should be automatically logged out of the software after a certain period of time (inactivity). If possible, the setting should be controlled centrally via Amagno server.

If I set the magnetization to “automatic”, then ALL documents end up in magnetization. When magnetizing to “manual”, you in turn have to push all documents manually to magnetize them. I would like those documents for which a valid magnetization profile is available to be automatically magnetized and the others not at all. For these, we would collect the necessary metadata via stamp actions. Stamping is also much easier to handle and easier to do for less experienced users.

Currently, it is only possible to store the fixed values entered by the user in the rules of a magnet. Dynamic reconciliation is currently not working. We want this for our measurement sheet processing. We import measurement sheets in PDF format from an external application via file upload. In Amgano, the measurements are stamped during processing and are therefore given a time stamp. e.g. “Measurement settled” “12.12.2022 14:45:54”. As a result of the fact that the measurement can still be changed in the external application and is automatically transferred to Amagno, it is possible that the measurement that has already been billed may be changed. To identify these changes, the general characteristic “File Processing Date” must be checked against the “Processing Date Measurement” characteristic. If file editing > as processing date, then a change has taken place.

You should be able to see which user has magnetized the document. Incorrect magnetization can thus be attributed to a user.
